HCA396B is a three-axis high-precision inclinometer sensor developed by RION, which is used in industrial engineering industries such as foundation pit inclination, monitoring, and bridge inspection. Inheriting the stability of the HCA series, the accuracy is effectively improved, the temperature drift performance is superior, and the long-term stability is less than 0.001 degrees. At the same time, through the 5th-order filtering algorithm, the roll angle and pitch angle of the sensor can be solved by the 3-axis gravity compound operation. Each product is trimmed within the factory by a multi-faceted turntable to correct the three-axis cross-axis error to ensure minimal impact between the measuring axes in a large range of applications. The product has built-in RS485 interface, and the interface integrates the warranty circuit to ensure that it will not affect the 485 bus. The power supply also uses multi-stage voltage regulation and overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuits.
