The electro-hydraulic C-frame press, model PCL 100 A, is suitable for stamping sheet metal, for carrying out drawing operations or for carrying out deformation activities on various materials.

This press is made of sturdy construction and oversized welds. Single column hydraulic presses are widely used in general metal stamping processes for various industries, such as aerospace, vehicles, electronics, household appliances, instruments, medical products, hardware, etc.

The movable upper table measures 700 x 350mm and slides along two self-lubricating guides and is also supplied with T-slots for fixing the moulds.

The lower floor is bolted to the frame and is also equipped with T-slots.

This pressing machine develops a compression power of 100 tons and has a 4 kW hydraulic power unit which is positioned at the rear of the press frame.

The stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is 500mm and can be adjusted using microswitches, which allow you to set the maximum upper point of ascent of the moving table and the lower point of descent.

This electro-hydraulic C-frame press is equipped with a heat exchanger that facilitates the cooling of the hydraulic circuit and with a decompression valve. The latter has the task of decompressing the pressure accumulated in the hydraulic circuit and comes into operation just before the hydraulic cylinder rises, thus avoiding overloads and preventing potential damage to the machine.

Another feature of this machine is the presence of a pressure switch that allows monitoring of the hydraulic fluid pressure inside the system.

Its main function is the regulation of the maximum working pressure, based on the preset calibration, thus optimizing the operation of the hydraulic press based on the processes that need to be performed.

Furthermore, it allows the hydraulic cylinder to automatically rise when the calibration pressure is reached.

The press works by using double buttons positioned on a mobile pedestal and provides for the automatic raising of the upper table at the end of each pressing cycle.
