Thanks to the sliding of the upper table along the 4 columns, this electro-hydraulic press guarantees excellent parallelism, giving uniform pressing results on the material.

This pressing machine develops a pressing power of 100 tons and has a high cylinder descent speed of 105 mm/sec.
It is also equipped with a slowdown speed of 40 mm/sec and a working speed that varies from a minimum of 2 up to 40 mm/sec.

This 4-column hydraulic forming press has a work table of 800 x 800 mm and the work table has been milled with T-slots made a maximum distance between the work tables of 800mm.
The stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is 500mm, while its power unit has a power of 22 kW.

All the working parameters of the press can be managed via the Siemens KTP 900 digital panel, which also features an RS 485 expansion card to allow the machine to communicate with the customer's robot.
