This model of hydraulic press is suitable for stamping, drawing and deformation of sheet metal and materials in general.
Thanks to the hydraulic ejector positioned in the centre of the work surface, it is possible to easily remove the material that has just been processed from the mould.

The 800 x 600 mm work table is completely welded and surface milled and is equipped with T-slots for fixing the moulds.

The stroke of the main hydraulic cylinder is 500mm and is adjustable via microswitches which are used to set the maximum and minimum point of descent of the piston.

The hydraulic power unit has a power of 4 kW and is positioned on the rear of the machine.
This 100 ton single column hydraulic press is also equipped with an air/oil heat exchanger, which has the function of cooling the hydraulic circuit.

A pressure switch is also provided to regulate the maximum working pressure within the hydraulic system.

This electro-hydraulic press is operated by simultaneously using double buttons positioned on a mobile pedestal.
