The 150 ton hydraulic stamping press, model PST 150 A, is the perfect machine for forming and stamping metals and a variety of materials. This electro-hydraulic double-column press is specifically designed to ensure precision and efficiency in the machining processes.

Its large work tables, with dimensions of 1200 x 700mm, together with the distance of 500mm between the upper movable platen and the lower fixed platen, allow to press metal components even of considerable dimensions. The upper table is designed to slide smoothly along 4 self-lubricating guides. This system significantly increases the stability of the plate descent, resulting in higher quality molding results and greater accuracy of the forming process.

Both worktables are equipped with T-slots for safe and quick fixing of the molds. This arrangement facilitates the press set-up and ensures reliable locking of the molding tools.

Operator safety is a priority. The work area is protected by two photoelectric barriers that intervene immediately, blocking the pressing cycle if the presence of an operator is detected between the photocells.

The piston stroke reaches 500mm, with a descent speed of 20mm/sec and a precise working speed of 3mm/sec. These parameters ensure optimal control during the forming and drawing phases.

The hydraulic power unit, with a power of 4 kW, is positioned laterally to the machine, optimizing space and facilitating access for maintenance. To prevent overheating of the hydraulic system, this 2-column hydraulic press is equipped with an efficient air/oil heat exchanger, thus maintaining an optimal operating temperature and extending the useful life of the components.

A distinctive feature of this 150-ton hydraulic stamping press is the Siemens KTP 900 digital touchscreen display. This intuitive interface allows you to easily set all operating parameters, including piston stroke, cylinder down dwell time, decompression valve, and store multiple work programs, simplifying operations and reducing setup times.

The controls on this electro-hydraulic stamping press are conveniently located on a movable pedestal, offering the operator flexibility and easy access to manage the work cycle.
