40 Ton Hydraulic Presses for Sheet Metal Stamping

40 Ton Hydraulic Presses for Sheet Metal Stamping: Precision and Safety for Your Workshop

We are pleased to announce the completion of two new 40-ton hydraulic presses for sheet metal stamping, designed and manufactured in our workshop. These machines are the ideal solution for machine shops that require robust, precise and safe equipment for intensive production. Whether it is forming, deforming or drawing metals and other materials, our electro-hydraulic presses offer exceptional performance and reliability over time.

Technical Features and Optimized Performance
Our hydraulic sheet metal presses are designed to ensure maximum efficiency and precision in every work cycle. The fully milled lower platen boasts generous dimensions of 1000 x 600 mm and is equipped with T-slots for quick and safe fixing of the dies. This feature is essential to optimize preparation times and ensure stability during stamping operations.

The upper table, measuring 1000 x 350 mm, is designed to slide on four slide guides. This advanced system ensures superior parallelism and, consequently, high precision in each pressing operation, improving the quality of the final product.

In terms of performance, the hydraulic piston ensures a descent speed of 26 mm/sec, while the working speed is 9 mm/sec. These speeds have been calibrated to balance production efficiency and optimal control during the most delicate phases of molding.

Advanced Safety and Production Cycle Control
Operator safety is a top priority for us. Both 40-ton hydraulic sheet metal stamping presses are equipped with state-of-the-art immaterial barriers. This photocell-based protection system instantly stops the machine from operating if an operator accidentally steps between the barriers, preventing injuries and providing a safer work environment.

To allow precise and flexible regulation of production cycles, our machines are supplied with the following essential accessories:

Working pressure switch: Allows you to adjust the maximum working pressure. Once the preset pressure is reached, the upper table automatically rises, optimizing the process and protecting both the piece and the machine.
Timer: Allows you to program the exact time that the upper table must remain in contact with the workpiece. This feature is crucial for processes that require specific pressing times to obtain the desired deformation or for material stabilization.
Pressure block valve: Essential to maintain a constant pressure level within the hydraulic circuit throughout the pressing process. This ensures uniformity and reliability in the pressing process, especially for jobs that require constant and prolonged pressure.
