H-Frame Hydraulic Press: Industrial Solution for Thermal Insulation

We are pleased to announce the completion of an H-frame hydraulic press for thermal insulation, a cutting-edge machine that represents excellence in mechanical engineering, offering superior performance and maximum reliability. The press was custom-built to meet the specific needs of current transformers, where quality and precision are paramount.

The hydraulic press, with its sturdy H-frame, is optimized for the production of cardboard panels for thermal insulation. A distinctive feature of this machine is the heated mold, which reaches a temperature of 110°C. This thermal process not only dries the insulation but also hardens it, giving it its characteristic semicircular shape. The production cycle, which can last up to 50 minutes per panel, is precisely managed thanks to a hydraulic blocking valve. This valve maintains constant pressure throughout the entire pressing cycle, ensuring a uniform, high-quality result.

Technology and Technical Features of the Press
This two-column hydraulic press offers a 100-ton press force, supported by a 500mm cylinder for powerful and controlled pressing. The distance between the boards is 1000mm, while the working height is 700mm, providing ample working space for panels of various sizes. The H-frame hydraulic press for thermal insulation features a special high-temperature resistant paint finish and urethane seals that absorb the steam generated during the process. This attention to detail ensures the machine's durability and a safe working environment.

Operational safety is a priority
The press is equipped with metal guards and light curtains on both front sides. These barriers, arranged vertically and horizontally, create an impenetrable protection zone, preventing access to the work area during the pressing cycle.

All work parameters and production programs are managed via an intuitive 12-inch Siemens touchscreen display. This advanced user interface simplifies programming and control, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
