Excellence in cold forming and mechanical assembly is reflected in our latest creation. Our workshop recently completed production of the 50-ton high-precision hydraulic press, model PSV 50, a machine designed to combine structural strength with pinpoint motion control.

Servomechanical Control and Centesimal Precision
The technological heart of the PSV 50 lies in its drive system. The press is equipped with a servomechanical handwheel, an engineering solution that allows the operator to control the piston stroke with extreme fluidity.

This configuration guarantees centesimal accuracy, making the machine the ideal tool for industrial applications where the margin of error must be minimized. It is the perfect choice for:

Straightening of sheet metal and metal shafts.
Insertion of high interference bushings and bearings.
Assembly of metal inserts and precision fittings.

Speed ​​and Operational Versatility
Despite its precision-oriented nature, the PSV 50 doesn't sacrifice productivity. In addition to the handwheel, the machine features a lever dedicated to the rapid movement of the hydraulic cylinder, capable of reaching speeds of 9 mm/sec. This dual control system allows for rapid approach to the workpiece and then transitions to fine control during the pressing phase.

The technical specifications highlight the versatility of the model:

Useful light: The maximum distance between the cylinder rod and the lower table is a generous 900 mm, providing plenty of space for large workpieces.
Work length: The distance between the two columns is 900 mm, ideal for bulky work.
Adjustable table: The worktop is height-adjustable to 3 different positions. The handling system is simplified: simply connect the eyebolts to the cylinder stem to raise or lower the table without manual effort.

Security and Tailored Personalization
Operator safety is a top priority in our CE-compliant machines. At the customer's specific request, this unit has been equipped with advanced protection systems:

Side protections: Fixed metal nets on both sides to prevent accidental access to the compression area.
Rear protection: An openable metal mesh that allows for inspection or rear loading, equipped with a safety microswitch that instantly interrupts the press cycle if it opens.
