At SICMI, design doesn't stop at standard. We recently developed a manually operated hydraulic press with a mobile gantry, model PMH 150 , created to meet a specific challenge in the industrial maintenance sector: the removal of large pins .
Honeycomb structure for maximum operability
To allow the expulsion of long and bulky components, the machine has been designed with a special honeycomb structure integrated into the base . The central part of this structure is larger than the rest of the bench and has a free opening of 360 x 360 mm , specifically designed to provide the necessary relief during pressing operations and allow the pin to emerge vertically without interference .
Millimeter precision with milled plate and reducers
To optimize efficiency in the disassembly process, we have equipped the hydraulic press with the following equipment:
A removable plate with a fully milled surface to ensure perfect flatness when pushing .
A set of 5 interchangeable circular reducers , which allow the drain hole to be adapted to the specific diameter of the pin to be removed, ensuring stability and safety for the operator .
