150-ton electro-hydraulic press for dismounting solid tires

SICMI recently completed the production and delivery of a new PFC 150 GL upright hydraulic press. Designed specifically for the extraction and assembly of solid tires up to 20 inches in diameter, the machine represents a benchmark for workshops and service centers in the material handling industry.

High performance and maximum working force
The PFC 150 GL electro-hydraulic press offers a compression force of 150 tons, providing the necessary force to safely operate even on the most resistant industrial roofs. With a 1250 mm clearance between uprights and a 700 mm diameter worktable with a 120 mm central hole, the machine ensures optimal handling of the dimensions of industrial components.

The 500mm cylinder stroke, combined with a 500mm upper moving plate, allows for efficient travel to quickly complete each operation cycle.

Safety and precision of operation
Reliability and operator safety are at the heart of SICMI design:

Two-speed hydraulic power unit: offers an approach speed of 8 mm/sec and a working speed of 2 mm/sec.

Single lever control: for intuitive and direct control of the pressure phases.

Perimeter protections: equipped with front and rear protection grilles with integrated safety sensors.

Operational versatility with the accessory kit
The press was supplied with a complete set of accessories and tool kits (including cages, conical rings and fixing plates)., designed to work with extreme precision on wheels with rims from 8 to 20 inches.
