Part 2. Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery System

Question: As a leading company in this industry. Do you have any new products for this exhibition?Are there any breakthrough changes and performance improvements in new products? Please give us a detailed introduction.

We have two sections of new products at this exhibition, which are Multifunctional Bi-directional Power Conversion System(MPCS) , and high reliability ,long service Life lithium iron phosphate battery system for data center and energy storage system. We put great efforts for years to design the breakthrough products in functions, performance and comprehensive advantages, and we also filled the industry gap in certain aspects.

1.Low cost, much better performance

Backup batteries’ importance is obvious to provide uninterrupted power for data center. Therefore, we also designed whole series of Lithium iron phosphate battery system, which can not only work as backup battery with UPS and HVDC , and also form a complete energy storage with MPCS. We learned form history applications of data center, mostly are lead-acid batteries, which take big area, have high load-bearing requirements, high C rate, short recycle life, big influence on temperature, with all of these at expensive expenditure for customers. Along with the development of new energy car, Lithium battery of China has reached to the highest level in industry, especially the cost of Lithium iron phosphate battery is close to lead-acid battery, but it’s performances on safety, charging/discharging rate, energy density, temperature characteristic, cycle life are much better than lead-acid battery, sooner or later it will replace lead-acid battery.

2.we designed and manufactured lithium iron phosphate battery all by ourselves, includes high C rate type and high capacity type.

We use top quality cell core ; For pack,we highly focus on insulation protection, fault isolation and 100% reliable connection between cells; we adopt high-power, energy-transfer, and active equalization control technologies; we adopts three-level architecture management technology , and five-level safety protection anti-detachment measures for BMS control to protect the safety and reliability of the lithium battery system to ensure that the cycle life of the system meets the design requirements.
