SIMACO's Range of Electric Pumps for the Semiconductor Sector

Since 1962 SIMACO is designing and producing electric pumps for several fields and in the last five years we have approached and developed experience in the semiconductors field especially in the ETCHING & WAFERING process.

Our pumps, MD-CX series, magnetic drive type, has been positively tested with the most of the fluid involved in the temperature control unit for the production of semiconductors, with a working temperature range that goes from -100°C to +350°C and compatible with the following fluid type:

• FLUORINERT FC3283 / FLUORINERT FC-770

• 3M: NOVEC7000 / NOVEC7100/ NOVEC7200 /NOVEC7300 / NOVEC7500 / NOVEC7600

• GALDEN PFPE / GALDEN HT

• DOWTHERM

• ASAHIKLIN AE3000 / ASAHIKLIN AC 2000

In accordance to the field requirements our MD-CX pumps can be supplied with PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) with and without fan, in order to avoid the movement of dust.

In addition to the above we are also experienced with:

• UL CERFIED MOTORS

• SPECIAL FEEDING VOLTAGE that suite the necessity of different market and final destination of the semiconductors machines.
