Angel Robots make up a critical part of the production process at this chain manufacturer. The linear guides of these robots are very difficult for the technicians to lubricate. Mechanics had to frequently climb up onto the machines themselves to lubricate 25 hard-to-reach lubrication points.

Solution

After careful evaluation of the situation and taking into account the advice from a simatec Area Sales Manager, Aroen Wahid from Biesheuvel Techniek found the best solution with simalube multipoint, which increased the production efficiency and work-place safety. The simalube multipoint lubricators reliably supply the 25 lubrication points with the optimal amount of oil over a period of 6

months. Now there are far fewer machine stoppages and the mechanics must now only change the lubricators two times a year.
