Unleash the power of ultrasonic spray technology

Discover how our ultrasonic spray technology has innoved in various fileds

Ultrasonic Spray Technology

Ultrasonic spray uses ultrasonic vibrations to break up liquids into fine droplets. Compared with traditional methods, it offers a more uniform particle distribution, and a more precise control of the droplet diameter, which decreases as a function of frequency(from 40 microns to around 4 microns) with very low energy consumption.

Two Methods of Ultrasonic Spray

In the 20 kHz to 100 kHz frequency range, the liquid is sprayed when it comes into contact with a vibrating surface. Above 100 kHz, an ultrasonic transmitter is positioned at the bottom of a liquid container, creating a sound field that generates a nebulization phenomenon.

Powerful Applications

- This technology is widely used in the paints and coatings industry to apply thin and uniform layers on objects of all shapes and sizes.

- In the pharmaceutical field, ultrasonic atomization is used for drug manufacturing, while in the electronics industry, it enables the deposition of conductive or insulating materials on printed circuits.

- In the food industry, it extends the shelf life of consumer products by applying protective coatings.

- This technology also finds growing applications in sectors such as aerospace and energy.

New Horizons in Research

Thanks to our advanced technology, we offer the ability to control in real time all parameters related to your process. Specifically, the reproducibility of particle size distribution in volume and size.

This expertise we provide to our clients allows for a serene approach to a wide range of activities, such as:

- The study of the pollutant through wet deposition and comparison with theoretical simulation data.

- The study of atmospheric nucleation phenomena, coupling our equipment with plasma sources for biomedical applications, and many others.

SinapTec is committed to continuing to develop ultrasonic technology and to assisting you in achieving your industrial and research goals. Do not hesitate to contact us today to discover how our technology can meet your needs. Our team is ready to provide you with personalized support and tailored advice for your projects.
