JE series automatic straightening machines (hydraulic)

JE series automatic straightening machine is usually applied for straightening of shaft which with bending deformation caused by heat treatment. It is a kind of high – tech. product integrated machinery, electric, hydraulic pressure, pneumatic, computer measuring control analysis technologies in one. It has advantages of high measuring precision & working frequency, good adaptability, can measure run-out value of shaft round cross section, D type cross section, gear or spindle pitch circle section accurately.

Product functions:

Easy operation, high measurement accuracy good versatility to various workpieces.

During the auto straightening process, the only thing needs to be done by operator is to load & unload workpieces press “automatic start” button, then all processes, such as, measuring of bending parts, locating of straightening points, pressing bending inspection will all be done automatically by the straightening machine. In this way, it can ensure the precision of measurement results, increase production efficiency, reduce labor intensity greatly.

The machine has max. correction limit function, which can protect workpieces from breaking or fracturing caused by over-correction.

It has digital display bar chart visual display functions to show bending value of the workpieces..

The software has self-adaption function which would adjust correction value automatically, thus to fulfill different straightening stroke dems for the workpieces with different bending value.

The machine with straightening points ｓｅｌｅｃｔ function can set straightening sequence of measurement points.

After straightening process, the machine will qualify workpieces automatically give sound visual indication to operator.

With large database storing system, it can record more than 200 kinds of workpieces’ parameters to fully meet the users’ dems.

The operating software runs under Windows system. Taking big LCD monitor as man-machine interaction interface, it can show all related parameter realize dynamic observation of straightening.

The machine has auto diagnosis function which makes maintenance of equipment easier.

The machine is equipped with printer that can print operating parameters, straightening condition other information out.
