Welding Machines with Electric Drive and Brushless Motors
Electric welders
Our new line of electric welding machines allows us to solve the most common issues related to pneumatic systems. Thrust pressure is a fundamental parameter for ultrasonic, vibration, hot blade, and spin welding. Many applications require high precision and process reliability, and in this context, the variability of pneumatic systems can negatively affect the welding process. The use of electric brushless motors and their units significantly improves the quality of the final weld. In fact, welding depth, speed, and thrust pressure can be precisely controlled. These parameters can be saved as a welding program, which can be recalled at any time without having to repeat the initial setup.
The new line of electric-driven plastic welding machines consists of:
• New Dynamic ultrasonic welder, with a 0.75 kW – 2.4 Nm brushless motor – 400 mm stroke.
The welder is equipped with the new SE Series ultrasonic generator, 2000 Watts – 20kHz;
• VSP 405 circular vibration welder, with a 3.5 kW brushless motor and welding depth control;
• SWP 06-2023 spin welding machine, featuring a new 10” touch screen panel and an Auto Tuning System, which calibrates the brushless motor gain based on the load dynamics of each spindle. With this welding machine, the welding graph can be displayed on the control panel.
Additionally, we will introduce the innovative SWP Mini spin welder, which is fully electric and represents the ideal solution for welding small parts. Thanks to its precision, this technology is particularly suitable for the medical sector.
• The new D 2023 hot blade welder, with brushless motors and dedicated motors for the horizontal movement of the plate and the upper mold. These welders are available in various sizes depending on the dimensions of the parts to be welded.
