Induction heating is the recommended method for mounting large size rolling bearings with cylindrical bores. The TIH L33 is a powerful induction heater that is designed for heating bearings with bore diameters from 115 mm to 800 mm with a maximum weight of 700 kg. The strength of the heater is its heating performance with larger bearings. For example, the TIH L33 can safely heat a 455 kg spherical roller bearing with a 440 mm bore in just 28 minutes.
