SmartVision is pleased to present the new Instruments and Accessories for Quality Control of the Eyewear Industry

SmartVision, for more 20 years italian excellence in Inspection, Identification and Automated Measurement Systems for industrial production, has made new high-performance instruments for the Control of the Polarization Axis, the Uniformity of Transmittance and the Color Differences of Sunglasses, Sun lenses and Ski Goggles.

Smart_Tester, Easy_Tester_Pro, Easy_Polar, Smart_Polar and Smart_Reflect are instruments specifically designed to perform checks in accordance with the International Standards on Sun Lenses, Sunglasses with frames, Masks, Visors and Ski Goggles.

Thanks to these new instruments and the related accessories, the eyewear manufacturers will be able to check the production quality directly in-line or in laboratory, comparing it with the reference Masters.

In a few seconds the instruments perform the qualitative tests providing an immediate response through a visual «Pass / Fail» signal, also reducing time and cost of controls and guaranteeing the quality production.
