New catalogue ALUMESS fixturing systems now available!

The modular metrology fixturing systems ALUMESS allow clamping solutions within minutes in the measuring room, the measuring station and on CMM machines. They are characterized by easy use and universal applicability. With very limited expenditure, maximum flexibility can be achieved; the systems can always be easily adapted to new measuring tasks. Especially newcomers in coordinate measuring, as well as users in the subcontracting measurement benefit from the easy-to-use systems.

Since 1993 Spreitzer consistently focuses on the idea of versatile palletizing inside the measuring room. Therefore, four different ALUMESS systems have been developed:

ALUMESS.basic provides the easiest mounting at the measuring station as well as changeover within seconds. All customers’ workpieces can be fixed true-to-contour; the clamping devices can be flexibly combined.

ALUMESS.junior can be characterized as user-friendly and highly flexible when used on the coordinate measuring machine. Easy palletizing and low entry prices.

ALUMESS.maxx impresses on the coordinate measuring machine by robustness and maximum universal applicability. The consistency of the hole grid ensures a reproducible assembly.

ALUMESS.optic enables flexible workpiece fixation on optical measuring instruments. It's ideally suited for direct and transmitted light; changeover and palletizing within seconds.

With all four systems clamping devices for tactile measurements can be done. The ALUMESS.optic is also optimized for workpiece fixation on optical measuring machines.

All ALUMESS systems follow the principles of the palletizing idea. Parallel to the current measurement, the user can build up new clamping solutions and changeover the machine with only a few steps. The four systems are compatible with each other. Cross-system assemblies and upgrades are easily possible.

We develop a personal clamping concept for the customer according to photos, drawings and descriptions; design a custom clamping concept, build an appropriate fixture, send photos to the customer and a part list of the necessary modular elements.
