"The new catalog arrived!" | Centre-clamping vises & stationary workholding

A complete revision of the existing catalog to come up to the modern, innovative and automated production cells!

Since 1983 SPREITZER always brings innovative clamping solutions to the market. The new catalog shows clamping technology in ultimate precision and unique variety for customers in the field of automotive, aerospace technology, tool and mold making, mechanical engineering, micro-machining, both for small and large series production.

Centric clamping vices

SPREITZER’s centric clamping vices offer high quality solutions for conventional and CNC based abandonments of production on different machine tools and production systems.

The clamping of workpieces can be done

- mechanically

- pneumatically

- hydraulically

- electromechanically.

Mechanical centric clamping vices offer due to top reversible jaws a high clamping range and highest flexibility due to the wide clamping jaw program.

The pneumatic centric clamping vices are characterized by short clamping times, high clamping accuracy and automation capability using assembly robots. This also applies to hydraulic centering vices.

Electromechanical centric clamping vices also shorten the changing process and are capable for automation. They are extremely efficient, since energy is only required when clamping and releasing the workpieces, are self-locking and have a built-in sensor.

SPREITZER centric clamping vices are available with

- jaw widths from 15 mm - 160 mm

- lengths from 50 mm - 500 mm.

The main advantages of SPREITZER centric clamping vices are in addition to the high stability and rigidity of the vices.

- Secure clamping without pre-embossing. The elimination of pre-embossing brings a significant gain of time.

- Longer period of use of the tools. The compact design, the optimum accessibility and low vibration on the workpiece remarkably increase the service life of the tool: Use for years is common with SPREITZER’ products.

- Higher clamping force of the tools. The optimum workpiece clamping reduces the production time per piece due to the higher metal cutting performance.

These advantages bring extreme cost reduction to the customers.

A special offer of SPREITZER is the chance to test a centric clamping vice for free.

Stationary Workholding

SPREITZER offers a wide range and variety of jaws. This includes mechanical and pneumatic compact vises as well as three-jaw chucks and manual jaw chucks as powerful clamping devices on machining centers in various sectors of metal working.

The jaws are of special relevancy at the interface between the workpiece and the clamping devices because of different work pieces and forms.

SPREITZER jaws are characterized by

- High strength

- Precise clamping accuracy

- Long operating times

- Extremely little vibration.

The wide range of accessories for the clamping devices allows the user highest functionality and efficiency in the use at the workpiece.

SPREITZER clamping jaws are particularly suitable for the 24/7 production due to with their robust technology.

In the pallet automation the SPREITZER stationary clamping technology shows to be extremely variable and very economical due to easier and faster retooling with a quite low investment.

In the workpiece automation the SPREITZER stationary clamping technology can be used universally because of various pneumatic, hydraulic and electromechanical clamping devices.

The mechanical zero-point clamping system MPZ allows rapid changes of different clamping devices on the clamping unit; thereby the set-up times and thus the set-up costs can be reduced up to 90%.

In close consultation clamping devices and fixturing units for multiple mounting of production cells will be customer-specifically designed and installed.

SPREITZER’s service

As a special service SPREITZER provides a dedicated repair and spare parts service. Regular maintenance carried out by well-trained SPREITZER staff increase the service life of the clamping devices. Original spare parts and original accessories guarantee the best possible availability of SPREITZER’s products.
