Option example available for SR-TEK Clear Pressure Tanks

There is more than the ability to see through SR-TEK’s clear pressure tanks. These vessels can also be fitted with capacitive sensors for fluid level detection full automation.

In this application, the stainless steel and glass vessel keeps the fluid under pressure to feed a series of spray nozzles. The clear glass tube offer the operators to see fluid behavior and fluid level. But in automated fast production applications, the process has to have the ability to detect top and low level for automatic refill and prevent bad parts to be produced.

The CT series pressure tanks are see through vessels designed to let the operators easily monitor fluid levels and can be supplied with a range of accessories such as capacitive sensors.

The tanks are made of stainless steel 303 and Acrylic or Borosilicate Glass tubes and can be pressurised up to 3 bars or put under vacuum down to -1bar.

This choice of materials makes the CT series reservoirs compatible with a wide variety of fluids and applications and ensure that the contents do not corrode.

All models can also be fitted with agitation, level sensors, vacuum kit and any additional types of ports. Custom sizes and design are available on request.
