With the example of our Stäubli Robotics e-bike production line, find out how smart, flexible and modular the future matrix production will be, using fixed and mobile robots (AMRs), HRC workstations and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) in a modern industry 4.0 setup.

- Stäubli WFT: Discover Stäubli WFT AGV solutions for all industrial sectors. Our AGV Portfolio includes three product series: platform series, forklift series and Mobile Robot Systems.

While the Platform AGVs transport goods from 5 tons to 500 tons, the Forklift AGVs moves single pallet fully automated. The Mobile Robot System series brings together the benefit of Stäubli 6-axis robot and AGVs.

- Stäubli Electrical Connectors: Connector systems from Stäubli Electrical Connectors guarantee flexibility, reliability and efficiency in testing lines, factory automation, and machinery. The product range includes standard products and customized solutions from concept to cable assembly.

With the modular CombiTac system and the high-performance DuraDock power connector, Stäubli offers solutions with high mating cycles for automatic test benches, e-mobility and automation technology that are compact in size and high in performance.

- Stäubli Fluid Connectors: Stäubli Fluid Connectors will present four new compact robotic tool changing systems covering the entire payload range up to 55 kg. The unique Safety+ system for personal and system safety is specially developed for this range, along with new signal and servo transmission modules.

Faster, more flexible processes and optimized production facilities, with reduced servicing times and maintenance work; these are the common denominators for all Stäubli solutions, including die casting systems for car body construction.
