The vertical entry robots of the XW Series represent the ideal solution for the handling of moulded pieces.

The basic robot of the XW series is equipped with a colour touch screen pendant; the operator can choose programming either by operative modes selectable from the pendant or program it directly with free programming. This series offers many advatanges like the huge potential of the controller STEC-520 , very short extraction times, 5 cnc axis and low power consumption.

XW VI-H Series

The top entry robots of the XW-H Series are the ideal solution when space in the moulding room is an issue. In fact, the crosswise axis on the robots of the XW-H Series is parallel to the injection axis; this means that the release of the products does not happen on the side of the IMM but at the end of it, saving thus space which would normally be needed by a traditional 3-axis robot.This series features similar characteristics to those of the XW series with one main difference: the crosswise axis is usually very long (3500 – 5500 mm). The moulding room with XW-H robots and crane allows to position the IMMs very close one another with significant reduction in the space used.
