The ALPHA 580 SINGLELOOP weaving system features reduced spacing between the double rapiers and a special draw-off unit, which removes the auxiliary weft required for loop formation during the weaving process. This allows the mill to produce fine loops and lightweight carpets across the entire weaving width without needing a cut down the middle. Additionally, the integrated lancet holder supports three different lancet types, each available in various heights, enhancing the system's flexibility.
