Dosing Valve:Rotovalve Heavy

For over 10 years on the market it is one of the products that have made the history of SteriValves.

It has no gasket and it is therefore suitable to be used in continuous work, clean rooms and in all those applications where shredding is not accepted.

However Rotovalve Heavy is able to ensure tightness between its rotor and its half-bodies (labyrinth seal).

Its essential design makes cleaning and assembly easy, this allows to reduce maintenance time and consequently operating costs.

Standard Rotovalve Heavy is available on stock (sizes from ND50 to ND300), upon request the valve can be customized, number and volume of the pockets can be re- designed to get a specific dosing.

It can be actuated with pneumatic or electric motor.
