GPAINNOVA Introduces DLyte Surface Finishing Cell in America for First Time at IMTS 2024

Taking place from September 9th to 14th in Chicago, IMTS 2024 marks the 34th edition of North America’s premier manufacturing technology exhibition.
At Booth 339088, South Building, Level 3, attendees will have the exclusive opportunity to explore the capabilities of GPAINNOVA’s DLyte brand. Highlighting this event is the inaugural presentation of the DLyte PRO500 Automated Cell, alongside demonstrations of the DLyte 100PRO Carbide.
A centerpiece of the exhibition will be DLyte PRO500 Automated Cell, designed for industries demanding full automation or multi-level DLyte process integration into production lines. This advanced system enhances productivity by automating the loading and unloading of holders, enabling extended autonomous operation and minimizing downtime.
DLyte PRO500 Automated Cell combines the configurability of DLyte PRO500 with a robotic arm and rotating module capable of housing up to 64 pre-loaded holders. This setup ensures continuous operation without human intervention, significantly boosting efficiency and safety.
Also on display is DLyte 100PRO Carbide, the compact machine for surface finishing cemented carbide parts. Featuring planetary and vertical back-and-forth movements within an electrolyte-filled drum, it effectively processes a wide range of materials including steel, cobalt-chrome, titanium, copper alloys, hard metals, nickel alloys, and aluminum.
The machine’s advanced PLC-based electronics facilitate precise control over asymmetric pulses required for carbide processing and parameter concatenation. Additionally, it monitors electrolyte lifespan and conditions automatically, optimizing performance and ensuring operational safety.
