Integrated Weighing System Saves Time and Money
All of our drum tippers can be fitted with a integrated load cells system to reduce batch wastage and improve cycle times. Weighing load cell equipment can be fitted to any of our drum tippers allowing operators to very accurately control the amount of a product that they put into a batch.
While many raw materials are deposited into production vessels using drum tippers, rotators and inverters, the actual quantity of material entering the vessel can be hard to measure. We recommend load cells to be fitted to any drum tippers involved in batch measuring, the minutes saved using drum tipping equipment that’s fitted with an integrated weighing system can result in many days of time saved.
