And today’s case study comes from Yunnan Mobile Mining Aggregate Production Line Project.

Project Highlight

JONO Mobile Mining has set up an aggregate production line for road construction in Yunnan Province. For this project, we have integrated a primary crusher, fine crusher, and screener to process mining stone into construction aggregate.

High-efficiency Equipment

In this project, there are 7 equipments in all, such as JONO’s mobile Jaw Crusher, Mobile Impact Crusher Plant, Mobile Heavy-duty Screener and so on. Due to space limitations, this article will provide a brief overview of two of the device,the Mobile Jaw Crusher and the Mobile Heavy-duty Screener.

Mobile Jaw Crusher

It's widely applied in construction and demolition projects, mine s h red ding, sand,stone and aggregate processing.

Characteristics:

The crushing machine is equipped with rubber curtain and multi-layer chain curtain, which is safer and can reduce dust in operation.

Equipped with an independent pre-screening machine, the screening efficiency is higher than that of the integrated machine, increasing the throughput of the crusher and reducing the wear cost of the crushing chamber.

Apart from that, a post-screening and return belt can be optionally equipped to ensure a uniform crushing size.

The main engine discharging adopts the vibration feeder transition, which reduces the impact on the main conveyor belt and improves the overall service life.

Mobile Heavy-duty Screener

The mobile heavy-duty screener is durable, powerful and with high-performance and a huge capacity. It is capable of screening and separating a wide range of materials in complex and high-demanding applications, such as concrete, asphalt, construction & demolition waste and so on.

Characteristics

Dust suppression system can be installed to reduce dust emission and air pollution.

It can be equipped with a diesel engine with full hydraulic drive or an electric one for lower fuel and running cost.

The speed of the belt feeder is adjustable to ensure a smooth flow of material into the screen box.

Top screen and bottom screen (bar bar, punching plate, textile mesh, flexible screen) can be combined in a variety of ways for different purposes.

Muti-size Output

After a series of operations such as crushing and screening, many different sizes of aggregates can be obtained and used in different ways.

0-4.75mm used for recycled concrete and recycled brick

4.75-9.5mm used to lay road sand subgrade

9.5-19.5mm used for paving drive ways and base fill

19.5-31.5mm laying track and base fill

Conclusion

Through this project, we effectively help the client to maximize the use of resources and reuse some abandoned building materials. At the same time, the choice of mobile devices greatly reduces the limitation of the site.
