System RES is an expert in the glass industry for almost 20 years. Our company manufactures products for hollow glass and laminated glass.

For flat glass, our vacuum bags are involved during the degassing process and the lamination of the glass.

In the field of hollow glass, our products are used in the inspection phase and palletizing / de palletizing phase of bottles and glass jars.

Belts and rollers are mounted on the inspection machines, orientors, bottles& jars conveyors. We manufacture belts reverted with foam. Grippers and vacuum plates are used for palletizing/depalletizing of bottles, jars, cups ...

The grippers are used in several industry areas: bottlers, glass manufacturers and producers of palletizers / depalletizers.

Bottlers use the gripper tubes installed on automatic or semi-automatic depalletizers for handling the bottles placed on pallets in order to move them on the work tables.

At glass plants, the gripper tubes are used for bottles and jars palletizing, the glass articles are picked-up from the work table in order to be placed on the pallets. Our parts are mounted on palletizing machines and automatic or semi-automatic robots, production rates can go till 5 layers / minute. Our grippers can also be used for pick-up of only 01 or few rows of bottles by a U-clamp system equipped with two inflatable membranes.

Our grippers are designed to take bottles of different sizes ranging from miniature to larger bottles.

We have a wide range with different models adapted to the shape of the bottle / jar. Our grippers can be tailor made.

Our range of grippers is mainly composed of:

- Standard grippers (TGST) generally used for long-necked bottles.

- Grippers used for miniatures bottles or when you have little space between necks of bottles (TGM).

- Double grippers used for bottles with short necks and wide distance between the necks (TGMB Double).

- U-clamp used for any type of bottles. Composed of aluminum spacer and two inflatable membranes.

- Cylindrical grippers used for bottles with short necks (TGC). Just put under vacuum before placing the bag between the bottles and then inflate to the recommended pressure.

All grippers have a quality certificate "reach". They are made of high quality material from elastomer coated fabrics and are vulcanized.
