●Analog Input & Output

The set-point value can be input by external analog(4-20mA) signal. MDiA can output analog signal by itself to your telemetry system or DCS system.

●Deviation Alarm Function

Deviation alarm value can be set up to ±20% of full scale at your option. High and low limit alarm value can be synchronized with fluctuating discharge volume.

●Auto-Batch Function

Batch injection is also supported by actual discharge volume measurement. Pump operation is automatically stopped when the specified volume is reached, and then the end signal is output.

●Discharge Volume Display Function

Te discharge volume during calibration and chronological changes during pump operation are displayed on the pump''s control panel. This allows measurement without the need for stopping pump operation.

●Calibration Function for Simplifying Injection Amount Setup

Up till now, calibration of the discharge volume was troublesome as it involved repeatedly performing measurement of injection amount-> calculation-> changing setup parameters-> re-adjustment. Calibration can now be completed in a single measurement. All you need to do is input the measurement values.
