Introducing the Brand New Gradient Control Capable QT Series Lab Pump

Control to linearly change (increase or decrease) the pump's discharge amount within a set time.

Flow Setting Range: 0.1~100 mL/min

Maximum Discharge Pressure: 0.3 MPa

・Easy to Set Up

Gradient control can easily be performed by anyone by simply setting five points.

[Setting procedure for gradient control]

1) Set the initial flow rate (mL/min).

2) Set the initial flow holding time (seconds or minutes).

3) Set the gradient time (seconds or minutes).

4) Set the gradient end flow rate (mL/min).

5) Set the retention time (seconds or minutes) of the flow rate at the end of the gradient.

(Please refer to Figure 1.)

・Operating Multiple Pumps is Also Possible!

Up to 5 pumps can be connected. More complicated gradients are possible if one pump is set as the main pump (Main) and the others as sub pumps (Sub).

Since the pumps operate in sync with the timer of the main pump, there is no timing deviation.

Example 1: The total flow rate is constant, but I want to change the mixing ratio. (Figure 2)

Example 2: I want to raise the flow rate while keeping the mixing ratio constant. (Figure 3)
