Taishan Group Delivers Reliable 12MW Biomass Power Plant Boiler with 8 Years of Operation
The third-generation biomass CFB boiler ensures high efficiency and stable performance in power generation.
On November 28, 2024, Taishan Group highlighted the successful operation of its 12MW biomass power plant boiler, which has been in use for eight years. With a steam capacity of 75t/h, a steam pressure of 5.29MPa, and a steam temperature of 485°C, this third-generation CFB boiler is designed to burn various biomass fuels, such as waste wood, sawdust, and tree bark. Known for its high thermal efficiency of 92%, the boiler has proven to be reliable, with minimal maintenance requirements. The system passed performance acceptance and energy efficiency assessments, securing an operation license from the local government. Taishan Group’s expertise in providing turnkey boiler solutions continues to drive its success in global markets.
