ERO Joint® HP belt - As strong as a welded belt

ERO Joint® HP, like other ERO Joint® products, is primarily a fast mechanical connection system that allows you to mount the belt open on the machine.

ERO Joint® products provide significant time savings in case of breakdown when belt replacements. They avoid removing covers, axis, tensioning system, etc ...

This new ERO Joint® HP system consists of polyurethane and polymeric cables. The cables are wound on the teeth of the junction around the housings provided for the assembly axis.

Unlike other mechanical assembly solutions based on resistance of polyurethane, strength and stability in length of ERO Joint® HP is ensured by the cables and single axis.

The small tooth width and diameter of the cables used optimize stresses in the axis who works more in shear than in bending.

ERO Joint® HP is made of plate 150mm wide. These sheets are easily welded to polyurethane belts to achieve open belt with mechanical assembly 10 to 150mm in width.

The mechanical strength of a ERO Joint® HP junction is equivalent to a welded joint.

ERO Joint® HP is disposable with any type of coating and Accessory (guide, cleats, etc ...)

Currently ERO Joint® HP is made in H, T10, AT10, T20 and AT20 pitch. Other pitches will be available shortly.

Tools exist to further facilitate belt mounting.
