New prefilter: focusing on customer benefits // Mobile filter and extraction systems

Constant further development and optimisation of our filter and extraction systems is a major concern for TBH GmbH. As is the case with the new INSPIRE control electronics all systems will in future be equipped with, we thus focus on both technical development and on our customers’ operating/maintenance costs. In order to reduce the operating costs and for improved system availability, TBH now introduces a new prefilter for its range of systems: the Z-LinepanelPLUS filter.

When optimising the filter service life of filter and extraction systems, special attention is paid to the prefilter for being the most important system component. Thanks to improved production processes, the filter surface of the well-known Z-Linepanel filters can now be doubled. Depending on the individual case of application, the filter service life can thus be increased by up to 100% – without increasing the retail prices.

The advantages of Z-LinepanelPLUS filters are perfectly clear. Besides an increase in service life by up to 100%, the maintenance and operating costs are reduced accordingly. At the same time, the system availability is increased as well. In order to be able to benefit from the advantages of the new Z-LinepanelPLUS filter despite using an existing TBH system, it has been adapted to the modular system design. Existing systems can thus easily be upgraded by retrofitting
