TECAUMA showed innovations at the trade show Fensterbau

TECAUMA was exhibitor at Fensterbau, the international trade show for windows, doors and façades, from the 16th to 19th March in Nuremberg (Germany).

This year again, the Fensterbau trade show in Nuremberg has met with great success ! With a record number of visitors : over 110,000 visitors within 4 days.

TECAUMA made a lot of new contacts with professionals of the window & door industry from all over Europe.

TECAUMA took the opportunity of showing their latest development : a glazing robot on complete windows. The robot is equipped with a 3D camera vision system, which makes it possible to check the exact position of the frames before setting the glazing unit – for a reliable and precise process.

TECAUMA also put forward the fact that they are the French leader in the supply of automated storage systems for profiles.

TEC’UP PR : dynamic storage system for long products with overhead crane

The TEC’UP PR is an automated dynamic storage system for long products with an overhead crane. It is adapted to the storage of profiles, bars and pipes up to 6.50m long. This system is adapted to small and medium storage quantities : 50 to 100 storage units. The maximal load per skid is up to 2,500 kg. The operations of loading and unloading the products can be made on the side or to the front of the system, by means of forklift or overhead crane.

The TEC’UP PR makes it possible to store products vertically, so to spare space in a building. The profiles are brought directly to the operator, which works in ergonomic conditions. The TEC’UP PR also makes it possible to optimize management of stock and of material flows. The products are stored in a dry place at room temperature, so their quality is preserved.
