Automatic in-line pallet tilter
The tilter grabs the pallet directly on the conveyor, tilts it upside down and puts it down on the same conveyor.
This process is completely automated, without any operator intervention needed. The cycle is carried out in 60 seconds by pallet.
The products are firmly held still during tilting, to guarantee the respect of the pallet layout and product quality.
This process makes it possible to switch pallet, or to tilt the products which need to be packaged upside down (for example drinks).
