Automated framing machine for window sashes

The product is respected and its quality is guaranteed. The frame is indeed held during screwing, and there can be up to several screws in each corner. The frame is framed on all the length of its posts to avoid the “barrel effect”. The upper and lower rails are slotted together without any machining needed.

The process is completely automated : the glass panes are introduced automatically with their pre-assembled seal and the assembled opening sashes are conveyed further automatically.
