Permanent magnetic coupling
The 2-piece permanent magnet couplings transmit torques contactless trough all nonmagnetic media and walls. The strong rare-earth magnets transmit torque up to 145 Nm at an air gap of 6.4 mm.
A torque transfer trough container walls or similar is possible in the easiest way.
Angular Misalignment up to 3° and parallel misalignment up to 6 mm, can be balanced with nearly no loss of torque.
In case the peak torque of the clutch is exceeded, the torque transmission will be interrupted. The following machine components are protected from destruction.
