Graphix, the laser marking station accessible to all

The Graphix.series range and its all-in-one station model place the user experience at the heart of its new features and revolutionise fibre laser marking by making it so easy to use.

The Graphix marking station, with a new design since 2021, has a large load capacity, a two-position door opening and all this in a compact footprint thanks to its integrated control electronics. To meet the needs of as many people as possible, it is available in three powers: 20W, 30W and 50W, and has a multi-plane function to make multi-level marking easier.

But its real asset is the control software developed by Technomark. It features an innovative function that uses a materials database to produce markings in just a few clicks. It couldn't be simpler: just select the material of the part and the desired marking result by choosing from a choice of 3 constraints: contrast, depth or speed. This materials database eliminates the need for complicated laser marking settings, making laser marking accessible to everyone. Of course, for more experienced users, it is possible to set the frequency, scanning speed, power and repetition frequency to obtain the most precise markings possible.

The other key feature of this laser station is its marking head, which has been entirely developed by Technomark. It is equipped with an on-board camera which, thanks to the Smart View function, can display the markings in augmented reality. The operator can therefore move his marking directly on the screen, without having to move the part in the station. This gives it greater precision and efficiency.

In 2023, in order to offer an even more powerful laser station, Technomark is completely redesigning the Graphix software. The result? Faster software overall, whether you're starting up, using the camera or making markings. The ergonomics have also been reworked for even greater ease of use. It is now similar to the Connect.series dot peen machine software, ensuring consistency across all Technomark products.

Finally, the station has also undergone a number of improvements, notably to the door opening and interior lighting.
