Techvagonmash made a unique equipment for drilling of freight cars center sills.

The equipment which does not have analogues was made for Tikhvin Railway Car Building Plant.

The center performs coordinate machining of freight car center sills holes in three mutually perpendicular planes. In this case the output cycle time for the product makes up only 23 minutes.

High speed of the product output makes it impossible to load the product to the stand by means of a workshop crane; for this purpose the stand comprises a device for automatic loading and unloading of the product.

Automated rack type storage is designed for storing of automobile production components on europallets or in other way on cassettes with their following placing into cells of the storage system. Maximum allowable dimensions of the stored components are 2500х1200х1700 mm.

Multipurpose stand for bodies assembly

Techvagonmash has designed and manufactured a multipurpose stand for dump truck bodies manufacturing

Dump trucks bodies of a round shape, 6000 mm long and up to 2100 mm high can be assembled on the stand. The stand represents an assembly fixture along which a clamping gantry moves. An inclined frame, setting the inclination angle of a front wall, is installed on it. Also the stand includes a front wall installation carriage.
