Techvagonmash performed supply of a robotic welding stand for welding of solid fuel and gas heating boilers. The robotic center is made on the basis of Fanuc AM-100iC 6L robot. It reduces the time of one item up to 15 minutes.

Multipurpose stand for bodies assembly

Techvagonmash has designed and manufactured a multipurpose stand for dump truck bodies manufacturing

Dump trucks bodies of a round shape, 6000 mm long and up to 2100 mm high can be assembled on the stand. The stand represents an assembly fixture along which a clamping gantry moves. An inclined frame, setting the inclination angle of a front wall, is installed on it. Also the stand includes a front wall installation carriage.
