Techvagonmash developed new generation elevated access platforms

The platforms are designed for performance of works (assembly, grinding, spackling) when manufacturing railway transport. The platforms have a possibility of vertical travel which allows the worker to work comfortably with products of different height. Besides, mechanized platforms can now travel horizontally as well – closer and farther from the side wall of the car which allows to work with car bodies of different width. Traveling platforms are used for front walls. Also exits to the car roof are provided for in the platforms design for workers'' comfort.

The structure of the mechanized access platforms is divided into two independent on each other sections (right and left), that is why several teams can work simultaneously on car finishing operations. Load capacity of the platforms allows to place welding and other auxiliary equipment except the operating personnel on them. The lighting on working places is carried out by means of lower and upper rows of high-capacity lamps mounted on the platforms. Besides, the platforms are equipped with special sockets for connection of different electrical and pneumatic tools.
