Designing and manufacturing of wheels painting line for Nizhnedneprovsk pipe plant

In 2016 we implemented a number of large projects with Interpipe company. Designing and manufacturing of wheels painting line for Nizhnedneprovsk pipe plant is among them (the company is a member of Interpipe corporation). The equipment was manufactured within the framework of establishing a new department on finishing of railroad wheels at Nizhnedneprovsk pipe plant. New facilities will allow Interpipe to output more compound products which are in demand in Europe, America and in the Middle East.

The line represents a set of equipment for performing technological operations on surface preparation and applying of different coatings on railroad wheels. The Customer put forward serious demands to multipurposeness and efficiency of the line. The wheels of 5 dimension types with 750 - 1256 mm¶diameter, in addition to this the perfomance of the line has to make up 15 wheels per hour. A large variation in wheels diameter makes it difficult to load and transport wheels in automatic mode.
