Teledyne Relays - LD00KM Silicon Carbide (SiC) Power MOSFET Solid State Relay

Teledyne Relays are delighted to announce the release of our very first Silicon Carbide MOSFET driven solid state relay to our product line of Military Solid State Relays (MSSR). This brand new technology is ground-breaking due to the very low ON-state resistance (Ron) meaning that heat loss parameters are dramatically reduced from other technologies on the market creating Reduced cooling requirements. This component was also created to meet MIL-STD-704 and are screened to MIL-SPEC-28750. This device is suitable for high voltage switching such as primary voltage in aviation, DC/DC converters and high inductance loads such as motors.
