THE MASTER OF PROCESSES
Mastermig i is the range of versatile and easy to use multiprocess MIG-MAG/MMA/TIG DC-Lift three-phase inverter welding machines.
Guaranteeing quality results on various materials (steel, stainless steel, high strength steel, aluminium, etc.), it can be used in a wide range of applications (metal structural work, maintenance, installation, bodywork, etc.).
- MULTIPROCESS
MIG adjustment was designed to be simple and immediate.
Adjustment of the parameters is intuitive: the welding voltage and wire feed speed values are set, which remain clearly visible on the dedicated displays. During welding operations, the values are displayed in real time to precisely monitor your work. Furthermore, having finished welding, the average welding values remain on the display for a few seconds.
- INDUCTANCE ADJUSTMENT
It allows you to adjust welding reactivity: a high inductance level causes a hotter welding bath with few projections. Inductance adjustment improves welding based on the material/gas used.
- MMA: DYNAMIC ARC
Arc force and hot start synergic adjustment. It improves welding fluidity, prevents the electrode from sticking to the workpiece and optimises use of different types of electrodes.
- TIG
Mastermig i welds in TIG DC with LIFT strike. The welding current is adjusted to the desired value and immediately starts to weld with the TIG-LIFT strike.
RESISTANCE
- RESISTANCE TO UNSTABLE MAINS
MASTERMIG i maintains a high level of welding current with changes in power supply and in particular with undervoltages (-25% and +15% of nominal voltage), given the ample tolerance provided by the power supply circuit of the machine.
- DUST AND DIRT-PROOF
Thanks to its versatility, Mastermig i can be used in the most wide-ranging situations. It was in fact designed to resist dirt and dust thanks to the ventilation system which, thanks to the dedicated tunnel, preserves the more sensitive components to guarantee better duration over time.
