Conveyor belt Splice Press machine air cooling

The presses are provided with electric heating and built in air cooling. The splice process runs fully automated.

• Splice pressure is applied by an internal compressor, max. 2 bar (28 psi)

• Heats up to a splice temperature of max. 200°C (392°F)

The reading of the display relates to the top temperature of the press. If more or less heat is required at the bottom of the belt, the “bottom heat factor” can be used.
