XMC 2.0: The semi-professional Desktop CNC
Thanks to skillful mixing of ideas, know how and experience in applications, we have allowed to offer the market new CNC system for 3D semi-professional milling machines with the possibility to manage a fouth interpolated axis..
The system is formed by a desktop CNC connected via ethernet to a PC windows provided with the interface software “XMC 2.0 Interface” that is supplied free with the system.
With this interface it’s possible to paremeterize the CNC, see axes positions , execute movements in jog, import and display ISO files to work, launch them and supervise machine’s complete diagnostic status.
The desktop CNC generates “Step/Direction” signals necessary to manage 4 drives which can be both Stepper (without encoder feedback) and Brushless (with encoder feedback closed on drive).
It can be supplied both in “standard” configuration, provided of the essential I/O to manage axes, and in “evolution” version where extra I/O and potentiometer to adjust spindle’s speed have been added.
