Power and flexibility of the Power family PAC controller produced by Tex Computer allows us to realize a basic application dedicated to manage vertical milling147584 centres with the following configurations:

Simple: X, Y e Z

Gantry: X, Y1, Y2 and Z

Five: X, Y, Z, B and C

On request tool change can be implemented, with or without Tool Preset, which will be set according to the specific needs of the machine.

There are available 4 immediate piece origins (G54..G57) and 100 rows on G58 piece origins table, the management of a 200 tools warehouse with relative dimension correction table, manual movements in JOG or via electronic handwheel, manual execution in MDI of the ISO commands and automatic execution of the ISO programs in direct or DNC mode.

In direct mode, the program can be executed in continuous, held by the operator or executed in step/step mode.

Before starting the executive phase the axes trajectory can be graphically displayed on screens available in 10” WSVGA or 15” XGA formats.

To complete there is also the possibility to set program’s repetition according to the number of desired pieces.
