Program for saw bridge machines

Marble and granite working machines require technical shrewdness for a correct operative management, otherwise productivity and reliability might be unsatisfactory.

Thanks to many years of experience achieved being technical partner of many important machines builders in the field, permitted Tex Computer to gather the necessary Know how to develop a complete and efficient program to manage saw bridge machines from 3 to 5 interpolated axes.

This program permits also less experienced operators, to execute basic workings like slab perpendicular cuts, and more complex ones like capital shaping, elliptical, inclined, excavations and contouring for kitchens, sinks, flooring, stairs, cemetery art and so on.

To support the operator during each working phase, we have developed a simple and intuitive color interface with touch screen, normally displayed on a wide 15” display.

This interface, besides clear graphic symbols and multi languages messages, has been designed to be managed also with gloves.

As working programs are in ISO language, to simplify programming for less experienced operators, we have developed parametric macro functions and an editing field called MiniCAD.

The developed programs can be easily imported, exported or stored on USB or via Ethernet through wired or wireless nets.
