MODBUS TCP: a preferential gateway towards HMI and SCARA worlds

Tex Computer provides all its PAC (Programmable Automation Controller) of the Power family, based on a real time multitasking operative system resistant to computer viruses, the easiest and safest way to exchange data with PC: the ModbusTCP protocol.

Thanks to a specific function which permits automatic formatting of the data trasmitted or received by the Power controller, it becomes easier to exchange information with computer systems for supervision and control maintaining high operative safety.

Committing to a Power PAC the task to manage and/or sample in real time critical functioning data of the axis, analog and digital I/O, it’s possible to locally filter them in order to transfer to higher informatic systems only really interesting data.

Overall data can be also archived on removable memory supports so they can be analysed in case of unforseen events which exclude important data during filtering operation.

This function permits to approach easily the subjects suggested by the strategic program Industry 4.0 without completely changing the automation architecture already in use.
